业,并且学到了很多东西。首先,这份工作和我专业相符,使我在校所学的知识得到了真正的应用,其次,通过这份工作,我学到了很多小学英语教学方法,包括一些有趣的游戏和歌曲,更重要的是,当我看到孩子们一张张天真的笑脸,我获得了很大的满足感。

2. 我认为我这节课有优势,同时也存在不足。首先,本节课重难点突出,完成了预设的教学目标,学生通过与老师的对话和游戏活动,自然而然地学习了本节课的重点句型。其次,在教学过程中,充分体现了学生的主体地位,通过歌曲和游戏,吸引了学生的注意力,激发了学生的学习热情,帮助学生练习和巩固新句

型。但是本节课也存在不足之处,游戏环节过长,可能会导致预设环节不能按时完成,在实际教学过程中,我会根据实际情况调节我的环节和进度。
